Hallooo, dear Dodopadlers! Miss Peabody here.
The much-anticipated National Doodle Day is at last upon us! Those of you using the Dodo Pad and/ or Acad-Pad diaries will see this glorious event noted March 5th. For those of you who are tragically without a Dodo Pad diary this year, read on to get all the information you need here!
National Doodle Day benefits two very important charities: Epilepsy Action, and The Neurofibromatosis Association. Your doodle, with your ₤1 donation, will help the thousands of people in the UK whose lives are affected by epilepsy and neurofibromatosis. Your assistance will help tremendously!
And as an incentive to you, the two doodles deemed best (one each in the Under 17s and Over 17s) will be featured in an upcoming edition of the Dodo Pad and/ or Acad Pad diaries, with the winners receiving their very own free diary showcasing their winning doodle!
And as if that weren’t enough to send your blood racing and your fingers doodling, there are more prizes to be won! See www.nationaldoodleday.org.uk for more details (and to get additional doodle entry forms).
Lord Dodo himself will judge the doodles. He is very much looking forward to observing your artistic genius. The closing date is March 31st, so submit your entry without delay!
Happy doodling, and good luck!
Toodle-oo for now,
Miss P
