It’s the third day of our  #HoHoDodo Christmas giveaway! Today we’re giving away a Dodo Book of Wellbeing to keep you on track to a fit and healthy lifestyle in 2014!

To win this dodelightful prize, all you have to do is comment below, telling us in no more than 25 words: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WAY TO KEEP FIT?

We’ll pick our favourite and publish it over on our Facebook and Twitter pages tomorrow, so ‘Like’ and ‘Follow’ us (if you don’t already!) and keep your eyes open for the winner. Competition Rules

1. No purchase is necessary for entry.
2. To take part in this competition, all you need do is answer the question of the day in no more than 25 words. Be as amusing as you like (or not!).
3. The daily prize (which will be posted as a status on Facebook, as well as here on the blog and on Twitter) is a pre-selected Dodo Pad product as posted on the day of the competition. There is no cash or alternative prize available.
4. Only one entry per person is allowed.
5. Each daily competition closes at midnight that day. Entries received after this time will not be valid. Be sure to subscribe to follow-up comments so that if you win you will you know!
6. The daily winner will need to send us their full name, email address and a delivery address in the UK. We are sorry but we cannot post prizes to overseas addresses.

    I like walking to try and keep fit. Come jan 1st I will try to be more active. New year, new start.

    My favourite way to keep fit is geocaching. It’s a crafty way to get the rest of the family away from the computers. We walk for miles looking for the little boxes that are hidden under trees and in hedges. My six year old pretends he is a pirate looking for treasure.

    The muscular effort required in twisting the cap off a particularly recalcitrant bottle of red wine.

  6. Laughing at my friends gives the face, lungs and abs an amazing workout–I have fit friends as they do tend to laugh at me….. hohoho….

  7. Dancing, just wish I got to do it more often, I do look like a demented rag doll but it’s so much fun!

    I like to be late for the bus, then I have to run so I don’t miss it – bonus is that cos I’m all sweaty I get a seat to myself too 😉
