RUNNING! In the day or night, on road or trail, through mud, with friends or on my own!
I like walking to try and keep fit. Come jan 1st I will try to be more active. New year, new start.
Does opening and closing the fridge door count as exercise?
My favourite way to keep fit is geocaching. It’s a crafty way to get the rest of the family away from the computers. We walk for miles looking for the little boxes that are hidden under trees and in hedges. My six year old pretends he is a pirate looking for treasure.
The muscular effort required in twisting the cap off a particularly recalcitrant bottle of red wine.
Laughing at my friends gives the face, lungs and abs an amazing workout–I have fit friends as they do tend to laugh at me….. hohoho….
Dancing, just wish I got to do it more often, I do look like a demented rag doll but it’s so much fun!
Definitely Zumba, baby! I like to shake my groove thing!
I like to be late for the bus, then I have to run so I don’t miss it – bonus is that cos I’m all sweaty I get a seat to myself too 😉
